20/20 Vision · Clinician receipt

What a clinician actually gets

A morning receipt that can sit next to EASI and a diary — an objective night endpoint the consult does not have today.

Today’s night is a diary

A person with mild-looking skin can still destroy the barrier between midnight and 06:00. The consult hears “it was a bad night.” There is no count of bouts, no scratch-seconds per sleep hour, no record of whether last week’s topical actually changed the dark hours.

The receipt fields

Events, total scratch duration, scratch seconds per hour of sleep opportunity, haptic cues fired, escalations, sleep opportunity. Same clock as temperature would be in a chiller: one timeline, not three apps.

How to read a pilot week

Seven nights. Compare morning memory against the file. Kill-test is explicit: scratch metrics must fall and awakenings / sleep quality must not worsen. If the cue becomes a metronome, the loop fails even if scratch falls.
